If there were 0 stars, I'd give them it. Not only do they racially profile against anyone who isn't Asian or white, but they have 0 respect for any of their customers. I bought a few gel polishes (which were overpriced- I'd go somewhere else) and after seeing that some of them were not the color I wanted, I went to go return them. They don't accept any returns, which I thought was ridiculous for nail polish but I understood. I asked for store credit, exchanges, anything- they basically shrugged their shoulders and said there was nothing they can do. Am I supposed to sit in the store and open up every product to make sure it's what I want before I leave? And if that's their policy, they should at least verbally warn you of it or put it on signs for people to see- not on the receipt since it's obviously too late to do anything about it anyway. Put your money towards a business that respects their customers and isn't racist.
