First time I went to Windsor, I wasn't impressed. I thought the menu was kind of weird and drinks were expensive. Ended up sharing the Smorgasbord. It was kind of small. The house smoked salmon was among the best smoked salmon I've had, although kale was totally burnt and there wasn't enough cheese. Based on my love of Postino, I went back again, and mostly changed my tune. Porkwich and crab cake blt are SO good, and you have to get the church potatoes, they're unreal. Drinks are delicious but still expensive. Plus the space is hip, the bathrooms are cool, the wall of tapes is super rad, and the ice cream next door at Churn is amazing. Salted caramel please! Parking can be tight. Also... come on Windsor (and Postinos) - who can make it to Happy Hour before 5pm??? Please push to 6pm!!!
