For three of the four in our party (including my ten and twelve year old) this was our first time at a Brazilian Steakhouse. The servers and hostess and staff went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable and knew what to expect. The salad bar was incredible! I could have just eaten that and been totally happy...except that the meat was amazeballs! First the salad and starters bar- great selection of veggies, bruschetta, dips, awesome cheeses and olives, pastas, and more. They kept the bar clean and stocked! There were a number of made to order sides too - we tried the asparagus, mushrooms, plantains, broccoli, fries, mashed potatoes and everything was very nicely cooked and seasoned. We ordered a bottle of wine to go with dinner - their selection was large, and the prices ran the gamut from inexpensive to crazy! The meat was, as I mentioned, amazeballs. We tried just about everything, and they were awesome about serving well done meat to my daughter and I and medium well and my son and hubby. Our favorites were Tri tip, New York strip and the lamb. Make sure you try the special of the day. Eight big thumbs up from our family!
