Called to make an appt. after telling the receptionist what was going on with my newborn, she cut me off asked what insurance I have. I have two, one they don't accept and she said they couldn't see us and ended the call. Wasn't nice or sincere and made it seem the office only cared about their reimbursements. Yes I understand it is still a place of business but not only did you website say you accept both insurances but you sill accept one! Happy it didn't work out
