Olympus recently took over these apartments and I'm pretty upset about it. I moved to this location specifically because it was a Mark Taylor property. I moved from a Mark Taylor property and I loved that I could trust them. I called to ask about moving to a bigger apartment in the same complex, and they want to charge me quite a bit for it. That's quite annoying because I'm already a resident so I don't get why I'd have to pay to move. The maintenance guys are great, and the property is always in pristine condition. The amenities are great, too. Mostly my issue is that I'm not sure I trust Olympus to not nickle and dime me for everything upon move out.
