TERRIBLE customer service in the orthotic section. I called and made an appointment a month and a half in advance. On the day of, I called to confirm only to be told there was no record of my appointment. Ok, fine. So I made another appointment a week and a half out. After my consultation the people at the front desk gave me a price of 850 some odd dollars for my treatment plan, but they had to get in touch with my insurance provider for a referral. A month later i hadn't heard anything, so I called. The girl on the other end said she would have to look into it and call me back. 3 days later she called saying my treatment plan was now 1450 some odd dollars. To hell with these people.
