I have lived here almost a year and I have lived in several apartment complexes in the past. This is one of the best, as far as apartment complexes go:-)
They are clean, there are no bugs, the apartments are spacious and the grounds and pool seem to be well maintained. They seem to do a lot of upgrades, this would be why I didn't give them 4 or 5 stars because while it is really nice to have upgrades, it is a pain for them to be constantly going on. I understand they have old pipes/plumbing issues so the water is shut off every other month or so, but usually during the day. Aside from the upgrades, I do love the staff at the apartment office. They are friendly and helpful, Jason is very genuine and seems to care a lot about the complex and residents. Any maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner and they seem to have events at the office at least once a month that are beneficial to the residents and property.
