This shop was one of the options my insurance company provided. I have never been so disapointed in my life. They did take the time to explain the cause of the mechanical issues that remained after I picked up my vehicle the first time. The only problem was that the explanation kept changing and none of the explanations made any sense to begin with. The really horrible part was that they couldn't even get the painting of the vehicle correct, I understand that they are not mechanics and that my vehicle is a bit complicated but I counted 8 seperate paint issues in the 3 body panels they painted. They also charged my insurance company for work that wasn't performed and parts that were not replaced. They were also very poor at communication, the manager told me on multiple occasions that he did not recieve my emails and I did not recieve his. After I involved my insurance company rep and asked for him to "reply all" for all emails, he was not capable of even doing this simple task. In the end I took my vehicle to another shop to have the work completed (for the third time). Maybe your luck will be better than mine but I'd advise against using their services. The fact that I am taking this much time to write this should explain how dissatified I am with this company.
