I come here after my son's t-ball practice 1 / week. 2 consecutive visits now, I've waited at the order "window" for over 5 minutes. The last time we were in the drive thru we waited for a total of 25 minutes. The excuse was that they were "under staffed". This time I waited for 7 minutes and we hadn't even ordered yet when I had to ask them what was going on that I had to wait that long. This time it was "technical difficulties" and when I asked how much longer the wait was she said at least another 5 minutes because she was just now rebooting the machine. She said I could wait if I wanted to, "or not". So I left. Won't be back. Terrible service - long waits.
