I was so frightened to step into OT for my first time. A friend told me about it probably a good two years ago and I procrastinated until just yesterday.
The service is amazing so don't do what I did. I tried numerous times expecting to walk in and speak with someone. Just schedule the time online and they will walk you though it. It was much less intimidating than I thought it would be, they make you feel as though it's all about you and your gym. After one session I feel at home. Don't wait like I did, go burn today!!
