This place is a life-saver. I had a vintage Louis Keepall duffle bag that required a zipper & slider replacement. Price was fair, turn around time was less than a week, and the quality of the service was superb. I was quoted a lot higher from other handbag repairs shops in my area (Etobicoke) , and although this place was located in Yorkville, the price I was quoted was a lot less.
My experience overall has been great, and I've gone there twice already, one to repair the zipper and slider, and the other to recondition an older leather handbag, and safe to say I was taken care of. Good to know there are still small businesses like this that still exist.
