I love Studio Kim and have been going here for years, bringing Kim every pair of pants in my closet to hem, as well as a number of dresses, skirts etc to get them tailored to fit me properly. Kim is kind, patient, precise, and always does a good job. If something isn't perfect right away, she will continue making alterations until it is perfect - I've brought her tailored and architectural dresses that were too big, and she has taken the time to do 3 sets of progressive alterations until they fit like they were made for me.
Kim is human, like everyone, so sometimes a hem or something won't be exact (as with any tailor, try your clothes on before you leave with them) - but what matters is that if something isn't perfect she will do whatever it takes to make it right, whether that is fixing it at no charge, or even buying you a replacement item of clothing in the rare event that something can't be fixed.
Kim has won my continuing business, and I wouldn't take my clothes anywhere else...she has even been able to alter delicate dresses that other tailors weren't willing to touch. Give her a try!
