Needed new Vet for my 12 year old Corgi. Friend takes her corgis here so made an appointment and have to say front office staff pleasant.
Dealt with Dr. Sancho and liked his personality and his understanding of my concerns about putting my dog under. He needed his teeth cleaned.
Made appt for following week dropped Rocky off at 8:45 am and at 11 am called and found out Rocky was still waiting. Well not good so told front desk I was on way to get him as he was not going to be ready to have work done till maybe 2.
When I got there the owner told me to reschedule for the next day and if I could drop off at 6:30 then Rocky would be first.
Well I did that and had no issues and Rocky is fine . Only advise please tell pet parents all info.
