Saw lots of good reviews on this store. We were looking to buy that day, went in to be greated by some guy in a leather coat claming to be a mattress inspector... wouldn't stop talking about himself, told him what we were looking for and not looking for, he was a jerk... I told him I bought a icomfort bed last year and it was already sagging. Because they sold those mattresses he told me what I didn't do right and said he would have voided the warranty because I used 3 instead of 5 support slats, I wasn't even trying to trade or discount anything. I was buying new with 5k in my pocket. Anyway we listened to him go on and on about how great the icomfort was until we had enough of guedo sarduchi and went to mattress firm where I bought a eastern king (black beauty) set with 4 pillows. Great sales guy at mattress firm. Best Mattress kinda sucks! We will not go back.
