WOW. REALLY? My mother and I were in this store yesterday and purchased a dress. She decided she wanted a smaller size so made the trip back down to the mall to see if they had the correct size. They did not. Later that day she attempted to call them to ask them if they are able to order dresses. After many failed attempts to get someone on the phone I decided to call myself. I was transferred to the womens department and after getting a woman on the phone her reply was "Im busy can you call back?" REALLY? Not can you hold, not can you call back shortly just "Can you call back im busy" Are these people even taught phone etiquette?!
