Called to cancel my subscription and got asked 3 times about why I wanted to cancel after I already told the operator why once.
The operator says I can give you a special price of $99 plus taxes instead of the $218 for annual subscription. I still said I just want to cancel.
I know he was just doing his job by following the handbook.. but, come on.. if someone says they just want to cancel, make it easy to cancel.
should be able to cancel my membership online, when you can activate it online.
