Long time former happy nail customer of Karen. Quality of work since her moving into a shared salon has diminished progressively and became rushed unfortunately. Talking with coworkers constantly and not paying attention to color, designs or nail filing. Never used a drill to take off gel polish in the past but progressively kept doing this method rushing and making my nails thinner and thinner to the point of my nails hurting under the uv lamp. Nails started breaking regularly and growing in a wavy manner. Sadly had to find another salon to repair the damage done. I don't think Ill be returning to VK.
