BUYER BEWARE. This exactly what you are getting with Rob. Arguments and fighting--- it is everyone else's fault but his. To be clear we were unhappy with the quality and lack of completion of the work that ONLY Rob was hired to do--No one else. We told him we wanted the problems addressed and his wife threatened us with a lawsuit. We then filed a complaint with the ROC that holds his license. An independent inspector came out and agreed that Rob did not fulfill his contract obligations, performed work outside the scope of his license, and did not provide quality work. The ROC directed him to address the issues, which he refused to do. It then went to a judge who ruled on it and found him in default. They suspended his license as a result. This is not an issue with "some customers are never satisfied" but a very poor contractor who hides behind his lawyer wife and will not stand up to his obligations. Stay a country mile away from this company, it is just a matter of time before it happens to you. By the way, he now laughs that we have to sue him in a civil court to get any money to address the repair work we had to do because of his poor quality work. And this is after his license was suspended for violations on our job which, of course, he still denies responsibility for. Good riddance!!!!
