If you were wondering where Vegas isn't over the top, it's on the second floor of a strip mall. Repeated and gushy kudos to yelpers for making this place known, and as we stopped in yesterday, we were treated to a cornucopia of delicious and authentic Japanese cuisine; a little sushi, a little asparagus wrapped in bacon (!), a tactile bowl of rice, chicken and egg and we left not only happy, but nearly deliriously so.
You sometimes feel like you're cheating the house when you hit up a genuinely and ethnically spot-on stop like Ichiza, but thanks to you guys who found this place first, it was totally worth the cab fare there and back. If we had more time here we'd go back, and the next time we're in town, we are going back, definitely. What a treat.
