I'm giving them 1 star only because this tool won't allow no stars. Very disappointed with their customer service and follow through. If you don't mind having to call them constantly because they won't step up and fix the issue, this is your company. Months ago we were told they would fix the problem with my new French doors. The glass panes were installed with glass manufactures name etched in the middle of the glass. They tried telling that was per code but interestingly enough, the other door doesn't have this code requirement. Which one is correct? Then after many discussions, they finally agreed they wouldn't like the doors installed that way in their house. They said they would make it right....So here we are, months later and no word from them. No call, no status...We've given up......my advise, stay away from this company.
