I just took my 2013 Chevy Cruze LT here for 3 Recall issues to be resolved. While they had my car, I have been having issues with the MyLink Radio system and my Bluetooth so I asked them to check it out.. they agreed to re-program it for $150. I approved that... The problem here is that they did NOT do what I paid for! In fact, they had my car for entire day before telling me that they needed to keep it over night.. who knows why? Then I get a call this morning telling me that they have found my battery to be bad and the charge of $345 to fix it! So, $345 to replace my 'bad' battery and $150 to reprogram my MyLink system.. well, no thank you... I will just come get my car.. which I did.. and they did in fact charge me $150 and told me the re-programmed the MyLink... THEY STRAIGHT LIED TO ME! If the radio had been reprogrammed, all my preset stations including my XM stations would have also reset and the phone showing up in my Bluetooth screen would not be someone else's phone that will not delete out! I am so pissed that they took $150 from me and made me pay it before I could get my keys to check the work! DO NOT trust this service department, I doubt they even checked the 3 recall issues that I took my car there in the first place for!
