I've been a regular customer of Dan for 2 1/2 years, but I'm done with this guy. He's gotten greedy trying to squeeze in people into "appointments". I had just finished an 8 hour work shift and called in advance for a haircut. After waiting for 1.5 hrs at the salon, I just walked outta there. He didn't look like he was gonna finish soon either. I'm absolutely disgusted and infuriated at the experience. He could've just booked me for another day. This has happened many times, not all the time, but often. You'd think a generous and regular customer could be treated with more respect and decency.
Time to find another barber. Yes he's talented, but not coming back! There are a lot of other good barbers out there.
