Visiting a place that's great for steak and keeps me as a vegetarian happy had been a challenge in life for my red meat lovin man and I. Often I get expensive and forgettable food but he's happy.
At modern steak they actually thought about people like me. I had a delightful beet salad and quinoa lasagna. Both are innovative and inspired. Hubs got his Wagu steak and angry prawns and almost licked the plate clean.
The only thing I found lacking was dessert. I was not a fan of the chocolate cake item. Hubs liked the baked alaska, which I found gorgeous but I'm not a fan of meringue or lemon.
You smell truffle walking in there which I love and the bowl of truffle popcorn they give you at the start is wonderful. I wish I could have had more... Next time.
