I was holding out on writing a review of Platform, for the sole reason that it is my favorite brewery, and I wouldn't be able to resist waxing poetic... But here goes!
Platform offers a large selection of truly unique and note-worthy beers. Lots of different beer companies will offer different flavors, but I feel like Platform has done the best job of making them delicious and memorable. It's been nearly a year since I've had their yam flavored beer (Yammy Yammy) but I still remember it fondly. More recently I've had their Mango Lassi Hose, and I know I'll be thinking about that one for a long time to come!
Come on over, try a beer (or 2, or 3...) and you may find your new favorite watering hole, too.
Also, if you buy a growler, they offer discounted fill-ups every Friday. The joy you'll feel when carrying your growler back home is real.
