I had a 9am appt for tire rotation and oil change. Normally it takes 2 hours for some reason it took 4.5 hours (I own a dually) so I expect 2 hours but never more. When I asked why it is taking so long the response I got was, they went to lunch. Well lunch was 3 hours after I dropped the truck off!! Also, all 4 rims have been damaged due to worn out protection pads. It gouged and deeply scratched all 4 rims. People dont spend 60k on a vehicle to have the dealerships lack of maintenance damage it. Currently waiting on a resolution to this problem!!
