He worked with me for my special need. I received a confirmation email within the same day. Then I received a reminder/confirmation 48 hours prior to my scheduled pickup. The day of my trip I received numerous emails with arrival time of the driver , status to destination, and arrival to my destination. The driver was wonderful!!! Very professional, extremely clean cut and most of all very very nicethe limo was gorgeous!!! I would highly recommend their services. I was impressed from beginning to end.
