DO NOT MOVE HERE. If i could give a zero rating I would. I moved in in the end of December 2017, and started having issues with cockroaches in February. I requested a spray which didn't work. I had another spray and two fog attempts within 3 months. This apartment was infested, I was finding around 20 live cockroaches per day! I was never offered to relocate to another apartment until I advised I was breaking my lease. I made two attempts to give a written notice of my leaving due to health and safety hazards, both which the leasing agents rejected. Any time I tried to have a conversation and break it with the property manager she claimed she had zero authority and her manager had to approve. I also had to file a police report because my neighbor was drunk and nude on my doorstep. I told the leasing agents and nothing was done even though there is a clause in the contract about no public intoxication. Don't move here!!
