After purchasing a desk on a Sunday I was given KRP's contact information which I immediately used. To my surprise there was an answer (Keith, the Owner) on a Sunday afternoon. To be honest I expected to leave a message and hear back from him on Monday.
He was attentive to my needs and knowledgeable of the desk I purchased. We were able to find a time that worked for me as well as him and put it on the schedule.
From start to finish communication was there, it wasn't book the appointment and hope he would show up between 1pm-5pm on Tuesday. He gave me a set appointment, called to confirm the appointment and the best part, called to see if it was ok to show up 20 minutes early for our scheduled appointment.
I don't do much work around the house on my own, and only wish working with the HVAC or Washing Machine person was this easy.
I can assure you for any assembly needs I have in the future I will be calling KRP.
