*** DON'T DO IT*** If i could give this place less than a 1 I would. The first time I took my 1 year old shepherd there it was great. She cam back clean (because I paid for the additional bath) and she seemed fine. They sent pics and everything a sit was a 5 night stay. They gave coupons, had great customer service, very kind to my dog and had a wonderful outdoor play area for them. I loved that the dogs played almost all day and the staff seemed very kind. The second time I went there it was a last minute need. My dog sitter canceled and I was going up north for a ski trip for one night. I called in last minute and they took us. I felt comfortable having left my pup there before. When I arrived to puck up my pup I saw a dog leashed to the front office door who was sitting in a pile of urine. The very young girl at the front desk seemed overwhelmed and understaffed. I waited for a while and finally was helped. I asked why the dog was leashed to the front and she said she thought the dog mom was here and she was waiting for her. I pointed at the urine and she seemed like she would take care of it, like she did not know it had occurred. When my dog was brought over to me she smelled awful. I know after a long trip to the dog park she can stink a bit, but nothing like this. Again, remembering about her first great visit and chalking up the second as a fun day at the dog park, I took her back and this was the final straw! All was well when I dropped her off. Kind staff, greeted her by name etc. When I picked her up there was no electric in the building and I was told it had been out for hours. My dog smelled awful (yet again) and was panting excessively. Her dog bed was soaked in urine as well as her dog toys. I wast furious and the young kid at the desk only offered me a bag to put the wet dog bed in. I never received the call from the manager like I requested as well. I WILL NEVER RETURN and shame on me for going back after the second time. I know if a great dog sitter if you need one.
