Finally we made it out there to the infamous Shane Co. Hubby wanted to treat me with something nice and we decided to check this place out.
The lady who helped us was very friendly and professional. She listened to what we wanted and left to look in the back for more options. Meanwhile we walked around looked at some awesome jewelry. She then came out with a selection of items she thought we would like. We ended up picking one of those and I'm super happy with that purchase.
They have a separate area for payment and service. When we got there the lines were very long but luckily it didnt take too long to get to a register.
We loved that they offer a lifetime warranty and an appraisal on all their jewelry.
