We had our kitchen refaced this past summer and it looks beautiful . We were updating our floors after and our installer said it was no problem to wait on the cabinet to floor molding until our floors were done. We were told it's an easy process all we had to do was call. 2 unanswered phone calls and 2 in person visits to the store and we still have no resolution. I asked today to have this escalated and NEVER received a return call. Give me the supplies and we'll figure it out but at least have the common courtesy to address this after the 15k was spent. I will waste more of my time tomorrow going to the store and my next stop is the district manager. My time is valuable and I'm not excited about something that is "easy" not being addressed.
