I arrived for an appointment at 9 and waited about an hour and a half to meet with the doctor. I am not the least bit upset about the wait time, because with my basic healthcare you get what you paid for. I had to watch a nurse get verbally berated by a patient for waiting for 10 minutes!
This is the medical industry and you should expect to wait at least an hour or more every time due to the demand and flaws in public and private healthcare. The jobs these nurses do is not easy and they are always busy and doing their best to serve YOU. The least you can do is have some patience and respect for these individuals who are trying to help you! Thank you to the staff at Las Vegas Urology, and bless you guys for enduring what you do on a daily basis.
