I have used this company for a long time. In the beginning, service was excellent and the customer orientation was top notch. But, there has been a change over time. The final issue for me came this week. I called and, after being transferred from person to person to person, was connected with a sales person responsible for pricing of orders. I wanted to increase the amount of the drug I was getting in each order. He told me that the current price was $35 and by doubling the size of the order I could reduce the price to an equivalent of $29. I placed the order and went to pick it up after getting a "prescription ready" phone call. When I arrived, I found the new price was almost double the price they quoted. They went into the back to verify the price and came back and said that it was correct. So, I wasted all the time on the phone with them and then wasted a trip down there. I've had other service problems with them but never written a review. This was the final straw for me.
