Update to my previous review:
We're no longer Californians! As of this Tuesday, we're completely moved in! We've now seen all the amenity spaces in person (we rented online without touring in person), met with office staff, and our neighbors! Everyone is welcoming and super friendly!
The community is even more beautiful in person. I was a little unsure of the parking situation based on some of the other reviews but we've had no issues in the last 3 days. Even when we've come home as late as 8-9 pm , we were able to find parking right in front of our apartment.
On our move in day, I walked in to the apartment and was extremely satisfied with the level of service they provided. They provided us a starter kit with dish soap, toiletries, local restaurant lists etc.
I also was not expecting a dual vanity in the kid's bathroom(guest bathroom). What, so awesome! Both bedrooms have a ton of storage, walk in closets, bathrooms equipped with dual vanities and more!
The area: We are less than 5 min from Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, frys foods(similar to Safeway in CA), petsmart, nail salons, and Hopdoddy's!
Within walking distance is 7-11 for quick late night beer / snacks :)
During the process of writing this updated review, I noticed someone writing management enters without notice.
First off- that's illegal so I highly doubt that happened. Even though we've only been here for 3 days, we received a 48 hour notice to enter for an inspection.
Noise levels: We're on the first floor and have not heard any movement from our upstairs neighbors! I think the building in concrete.
Again, we're super happy with this place and to be paying less than half of our Bay Area rent! I almost don't want to buy a house!!!
