I wish I would have read reviews before coming to this dealership. The service department leaves much to be desired. After many attempts to make an appointment I finally reached someone. She was very unknowledgeable. I asked if I'd be able to stay while they worked on my car. She said sure. I arrived at my appointment to find out it won't be ready until late afternoon and they close at 3:00, without any Sunday pickup options. Had she told me that I would have picked another time seeing as I won't be able to pick it up today. I guess I'm taking a cab to and from work on Monday and then again to pick it up that evening.
