The only good thing about my experience was the cost of my ticket.
First, the pickup location listed was one the correct one, it had moved and did not state that. We had to call the 1-800 number to get the new correct pickup location.
Second, the driver of the bus was not very welcoming at all. I understand he does many jobs, but he does not have to be rude.
Third, nothing playing on the screens...
Fourth, the seats are really uncomfortable.
