I recently started at Hot Yoga University, and I cannot get enough. I have never done hot yoga prior to joining HYU. Although the classes are challenging it has been easy to get the hang of it and I have felt very comfortable since day one. The staff is very friendly and the studio is very cute and clean! The biggest benefit of all is the physical and mental results. After just a few sessions I have noticed how tone I am becoming already. It's also a great way to shake off a stressful day. I'm Looking forward to many more classes at HYU!
