DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! They have a "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau with 17 complaints. They are no longer members of the BBB. The firm had a good reputation until the management changed in 2006. The new owners employ high pressure, deceitful business practices and if anything goes wrong, they try to deny any responsibility. We had a AC system installed this April and it leaked twice causing a great deal of damage. The quality of the crews varies from sheer incompetence to good. The owners claimed that it was not their fault that the drainage lines leaked - even though their people installed them. We had two of their own people out twice to fix the leaks and they admitted that the original installers were at fault. When we threaten to take them to court, one of the owners said they would pay for the water damage, but never sent the check. That was over a month ago. The case is now awaiting a hearing in court.
