I had a bad experience nearly a year ago with another tint shop and due to my experience have held off on tinting my windows. I finally caved and went to Smartfilm and can not speak highly enough of the guys in this shop. Not only did they honor my year old groupon that I purchased for the other shop, they tinted two of my windows for free. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my options.
