All I have to say is...WOW! Stumbled upon this place via Yelp while sitting at Momofuku looking for someplace new to grab dessert after dinner and this place popped up under "hot and new". It did NOT disappoint! First, I want to point out what a great atmosphere and aesthetic it has. That is very important to me. Second, the food and drinks were superb. I ordered the strawberry tea drink...I can not even begin to describe the amazing whipped yogurt-esque topping on it and how magical it was and how I wish I did not live in Buffalo so I could have it every single day. I also ordered the grape dessert. I am guessing this place is called Snow Lava due to the fact that the desserts look like delicious tiny volcanoes covered in magical shaved ice. This place was so wonderful, the service was kind, and the bathrooms were SPARKING WHITE, which is huge for me. I can't wait to come back. AND they asked about allergies, which is another huge plus in my book. Cheers to Snow Lava. I hope this new business takes off running.
