First they were bad when we dealt with I think his name is Brian or branden something we were suppose to get a schnauzer we asked to hold him and he said "you can't" he didn't tell us about the 100 down and we came back the next morning to buy this schnauzer puppy and he was sold and we had all the money to get him but instead when we got there we dealt with Johanna and she is awesome best employee there I believe and she helped us find a new puppy a malshi and he is great adorable but don't deal with Brian he is bad he made us miss out on the schnauzer if we knew about the 100 down we would have done that. But overall Petland is very clean and most employees are amazing
