We have been with Guardian for years. To me it took too long a time for them to call police during recent emergency, but maybe It was just so scary. My biggest issue is when our system was installed we had signed up for doors and windows. The installer told us he only installed alarm in Baby window and not in garage door. Now that I had a close call with a window I'm really angry he didn't do as directed. That's back in the day when I wasn't so assertive. I'm pissed Guardian and their installer took advantage of me. I don't feel safe.
