Disappointed to be taking my business elsewhere after a few years of using Bayview Moore Automotive. I have been a loyal customer until today. Jerry, the owner, doesn't seem to have a handle on managing his own employees or on his own customer service. Have spent a lot of money at BMA and expected far more than I got from him today. Steve, the best, most efficient mechanic they had, is no longer working there and it really shows. Whenever I brought my car in for an early appointment, Steve was always there. 3 customers waiting this morning and no one was there at all. No Jerry the owner, no mechanic and no one at the desk. When he finally arrived, I commented that the people inside had been waiting for half an hour and wondered if I should even leave my car, not trusting he even had anyone to work on it. He just looked at me and said "whatever you want" and walked away. I decided I'd had enough of BMA and drove away with a problem I've already paid BMA $1,000 to fix and it's still not fixed. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. They just aren't what they used to be.
