Everything was fine until we checked the car back in. We were told there was a "chip in the window." The chip looked like a bug that got smashed. I would not have known to even have looked for such a defect. I am glad the agent found the defect in the history of this car. But it really worried me I might be responsible for something I didn't do.
I recommend being thorough when inspecting the vehicle you rent, and MARKING EVERY SINGLE defect minor or not, no matter how long it takes. I will in the future be sure to check the windows as well. I always just used to look for dents etc. (obvious stuff, NO MORE)
