One star review for this dump is me being generous! I transfered my service from T-Mobile to Sprint.. Biggest Mistake I could have made. For starters I transfered 2 lines & somehow I was told that we needed to have this device to go along our phone service not knowing there were additional charges associated. 3 months into this ordeal and still no resolution to the mess Stacey has cause & still waiting for the manager to call, I tell you people run, do not walk away from this location!!!!! Go to an actual Authorized Sprint Retail Store rather than this place which is an independently own store & does as they please!
