Dr. Hoban's professionalism and kindness is the best we have ever experienced in a doctor's office.
We were referred to Dr. Hoban when my first son was born with tongue tie. We scheduled our consultation and when she evaluated him, she offered to do the frenectomy the same day if we could just wait a short while. It was such a relief to have it taken care of virtually on the spot. She was very thorough in explaining what she would do and what to expect. And she made me very comfortable leaving my newborn son with her for the procedure. She even called that evening to make sure he was doing well and answer any additional questions we might have.
Fast forward to my 2nd son being born with tongue tie. We have moved out of state and couldn't get a straight answer on his tongue tie but my mama instinct knew it was causing him issues so I reached out to Dr. Hoban via her webpage. Her assistant gave me a local referral and Dr. Hoban was extremely helpful, even offering to look at pictures and give me her opinion. I ended up buying a plane ticket and flying to her to have him evaluated & treated. We received the same stellar experience this time around and we just couldn't be more thankful for her.
