Bringing authentic Montreal-style bagels to Toronto. I have always passed by this location on my way to school and never had any interest to stop because of the awful signage. I learned an important lesson - Never judge a restaurant by it's signage. Over the weekend, I was lucky enough to try one of their sandwiches at the Canada's Baking and Sweets Show. I was very impressed with the variety of toppings they had to make it a sandwich. (Ham, Salmon, Bacon, Turkey, Cream Cheese and more). - Whatever you're craving, they can create. Their bagels are made using simple ingredients - water, flour, sugar, eggs, and oil (No Shortening). They are hand-rolled and boiled in honey water to provide a crunchy sweet exterior and baked in a wood oven fuelled by maple. They are not the big, thick traditional bagels everyone is used to so be prepared for a surprise.
