HORRIBLE SERVICE- called Thursday to get a refill of medication when I only had 3 days of medication left- was told it would be ready the following day. Followed up Friday. Doctor had not reviewed it- in fact, the note was never SENT to the doctor. Monday came quickly (now out of medication), and still the doctor had not reviewed my request. I called the pharmacy, and they were able to provide me with a 3 day supply since my life does depend on this medication. I waited patiently. The next 3 days flew by and still the doctor had not reviewed my request to refill medication... WHAT WAS THE HOLD UP!?!? I was SO UPSET I had to drive down there just to get an answer. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER AND WILL BE SWITCHING DOCTORS IMMEDIATELY.
