Wasn't impressed - I find where I go for my Chinese massages are 100% better & cost is much less; this was a Groupon gift from family - took me 10 mins. just to find the spa location inside the resort as there are hardly any posted signs including in the spa area (thus time was deducted from my time paid for - even though they were NOT bz); then had to be rushed through by receptionist (which left me confused as to where to go, what to do & what was expected); massage didn't do the head/face/ears, very little with lower back, fingers & toes; the aromatherapy was a spritz up in the air/ toward my face; after went to try out the jacuzzi which was small/narrow & difficult to navigate (could definitely use some updating); eucalyptus steam room (wasn't shown how to operate) - mold around tile areas (walls/floors); finally, charged 30% for tip rather than the 20% listed on Groupon which apparently is their 'standard' requirement. I could have 5x 1 hr massages for the money spent!!! OMG!!! Wouldn't recommend or ever go again!!!
