Never did I think I would love coming to a yoga studio, let alone a heated one.
The talented instructors meet you at your level (mine was level 0!).
I love Ria's Monday morning class and Joanna's Sunday yoga with weights. Yoga Love's beautiful space and energy made me and my solidly inflexible inexperienced bod feel accepted. They do make you work (some more than others, you'll learn), but I've enjoyed the sweat. Within six months of regular classes, I have noticed a huge difference in my body. I feel more at home in my own skin now.
